We had a very disappointing experience with Homely Hands Health Care. Our critically ill patient was left in the care of untrained staff, and we ended up having to train the caregiver ourselves. When the patient’s condition worsened and required hospitalization, we were assured by the supervisor, Govind, that the assigned staff, Jagdish, would return once needed. However, he never came back and instead took another job—under the same company. We were forced to find a replacement through a different agency. Utterly unprofessional and unreliable.
